Site Preparation and Excavation

 

Sovereign has assisted our clients in the planning, execution and documentation of onsite and offsite soil placement.  We review the available soil data and develop a plan for sampling and analyzing the soil to determine its regulatory status. Soil data is also evaluated for potential worker exposures during excavation.  We provide on-site worker training specific to the hazards that that they may be exposed to.

Building Construction

 

Sovereign has provided water damage, moisture and mold evaluations for buildings under construction and for warranty claims.  We have experience with the evaluation and control of moisture intrusion through the building envelope.
