In 1995, Larry Johnson and Robert Baines started Sovereign as a division of Facilities Engineering and Design Consultants in Exton, Pennsylvania.  They had previously worked together for years at ECS, Inc. and Orbis - Larry managing the industrial hygiene practice and Robert conducting risk assessments and consulting on environmental matters for the Large Facilities Group.

 

In 1998, Larry and Robert became the Principals and owners of Sovereign Environmental Group, Inc.  Through more than 20 years of serving the needs of clients throughout the United States, the Principals have instilled a sense of pride in Sovereign's consultants working in long term partnership with our clients and becoming trusted advisors to many nationally recognized and leading edge companies like C.F. Martin & Co., Inc., The Men's Wearhouse, Allan Myers, and Ryan Homes.
